1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tm (trenzmul) — accessible at this website (the "Platform") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

tm is a personal marketplace platform where:

• Buyers browse products listed by verified sellers
• Buyers communicate with the tm Administrator ("Admin") to place orders
• Admin coordinates with sellers on the buyer's behalf
• Payment is made in Bitcoin to the Admin's wallet
• Admin releases seller payment after delivery is confirmed, minus a platform fee

tm is not a traditional marketplace. The Admin acts as a human intermediary for all transactions.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Platform you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Not share your account with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Seller Subscriptions

To maintain an active store on tm, sellers must maintain a valid subscription at the published monthly rate ($2.5/month at the time of writing). Subscriptions are paid in Bitcoin. A store subscription does not guarantee any specific sales volume or Admin facilitation timeline.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once confirmed by Admin, except in cases where the Platform is unable to fulfill its obligations.

5. Platform Fee

tm charges a platform fee of 3% on every completed transaction. This fee is deducted from the seller payout. Buyers are not charged a platform fee on top of the agreed product price.

6. Bitcoin Payments

All payments on tm are made exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC). By using the Platform you acknowledge:

• Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• tm is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses by the user
• Bitcoin exchange rates fluctuate; tm prices are denominated in USD and converted to BTC at time of payment
• Network transaction fees are the responsibility of the sender

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• List illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services
• Provide false transaction hashes or payment proofs
• Attempt to circumvent the Admin intermediary to deal directly
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Admin
• Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempt to access the Platform through automated means without permission

8. Verification Badges

Verified badges are granted at the discretion of the Admin and do not constitute a guarantee of product quality or seller reliability. Badges may be revoked at any time if a seller violates these Terms.

9. Disputes and Refunds

All disputes must be raised through the order chat with Admin. tm will make reasonable efforts to mediate between buyers and sellers. Refunds are issued in Bitcoin at the discretion of Admin based on the circumstances of each case.

tm does not guarantee refunds in cases where the buyer's claim cannot be substantiated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of Bitcoin, loss of profits, or loss of data.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
