4. Chat Messages and Order Data

All chat messages on tm are stored on our servers and visible to Admin. This is necessary because Admin acts as the intermediary for all transactions. By using the chat system you acknowledge that your messages may be reviewed by Admin for order fulfillment and dispute resolution purposes.

5. Bitcoin Transaction Information

Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. When you submit a transaction hash, we store it in our records to verify payment. We do not store your private keys or Bitcoin wallet credentials — only the public transaction hash you provide.

6. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device's FCM token to send you order updates and messages. You can revoke notification permissions at any time through your browser or device settings. Revoking permissions does not delete your account or order history.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Between buyers and sellers via Admin: Necessary order details (not contact info) are shared to fulfill orders
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of tm and its users
• Push notification services: FCM tokens are sent to Firebase/Google to deliver notifications

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and chat records are retained indefinitely for dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.
